1. Conditions
   
   Unless noted, all photobooks are new or like-new. Sample copies are offered at a special reduced price. For editions, please read each description carefully.



2. Price and Shipping
   
   All prices are final. New York State Sales Tax 8.375% will apply to those living in New York State. Shipping charge will be added in accordance with your total purchase. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. In the event of out-of-stock and/or unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly.



3. Payment
   
   We accept credit card payment through PayPal. If you prefer other methods to PayPal, please e-mail us (info@myartprospects.com or books@myartprospects.com).



4. Return and Exchange
   
   All sales are final, and as a rule we do not accept returns/exchanges.



5. International Orders
   
   We're happy to ship orders anywhere in the world, as long as you're comfortable paying international shipping rate. If you'd like to place an order, feel free to e-mail us. We'll e-mail you back the entire cost of your order.

If you're looking for particular book titles, artists, etc., please write to us with as detailed a description of the work as possible. We'll be happy to research your inquiry, and try to obtain a copy for you.
